Our warranty ensures your training experience stays strong, smooth, and worry-free.

1. Standard Warranty Coverage

All ZypRoller™ products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Rollers (e.g., internal bearing failure, structural cracks)
  • Handles (e.g., breakage or detachment not caused by misuse)
  • Ropes (e.g., premature fraying under normal use)
  • Glow Edition electronics (e.g., LED malfunction, battery failure)

2.  What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper storage
  • Wear and tear (e.g., grip erosion, surface scuffing)
  • Liquid damage, battery swelling, overcharging
  • Damage caused by:

   - Unauthorized modifications or repairs
   - Use of third-party cables or chargers
   - Commercial use without certification

  • Damage from extreme temperatures or exposure (e.g., >50°C or <0°C)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

3.  How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at support@zyproller.com within 7 days of discovering the issue
  2. Include:

   - Your order number or receipt
   - Photos or videos showing the defect
   - A description of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days

4. What Happens Next?

If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement part or unit
  • Repairs by certified technicians
  • OR store credit

Return shipping instructions will be provided if needed.

5. Important Note for Glow Edition Users

Glow Edition products with battery or LED issues must be returned without signs of tampering.We do not cover damage from:

  • Overcharging (more than 4 hours)
  • Use of non-certified cables
  • Water exposure to the USB-C port or power switch

6. Proof of Purchase Required

Please keep your invoice, order confirmation email, or receipt to validate your warranty.
