By accessing or using our site, purchasing our products, or participating in ZypRoller™ activities, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, products, or services.

1. Eligibility & Safety

  • Minimum Age Requirement:
    　　- ZypRoller™ is intended for users aged 16 and above.
    　　- Users aged 12 to 15 may use ZypRoller™ only under the direct supervision of a certified fitness
    professional     or registered sports coach who has reviewed and understands all safety guidelines.
  • Not recommended for children under 12.
  • All users must follow the Safety Guidelines outlined in the User Manual and agree to assume all risks associated with use.

2. Product Use & Restrictions

  • ZypRoller™ is designed for fitness and sport-related activities only.
  • Prohibited uses include:

　　　- Climbing, towing, or load-bearing applications
　　　- Modification of ropes, handles, or battery components
　　　- Use under the influence of alcohol or medication
　　　- Use on unsafe surfaces or unstable anchors

  • Commercial use (e.g. group classes, competitions) requires written permission or licensing from Yau Hing (HK) Co Ltd.

3. Orders & Payments

  • You agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:

　　　- Suspected fraud
　　　- Incorrect pricing
　　　- Unavailable inventory

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location or customs.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Glow Edition units must not show signs of liquid damage or battery tampering.

6. Warranty

  • All ZypRoller™ products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover:

　　　- Wear and tear
　　　- Misuse or modification
　　　- Battery damage from overcharging, water ingress, or non-certified cables

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Yau Hing (HK) Co Ltd is NOT liable for injuries, property damage, or losses resulting from:

　　　- Failure to follow safety guidelines
　　　- Unauthorized use or modification
　　　- Use by unsupervised minors
　　　- Improper charging, electrical misuse, or battery damage

  • By using our products, you acknowledge and accept ALL risks.

8. Intellectual Property

  • ZypRoller™ is a registered trademark of Yau Hing (HK) Co Ltd.
  • All product designs, exercise methods, videos, and documentation are protected by international patents, copyright, and trademark laws.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

Violators will face legal action under applicable laws (e.g. DMCA, EU Directive 2019/790, PCT/WIPO).

9. User-Generated Content (UGC)

  • By tagging #ZypRoller or submitting photos/videos, you grant us the right to share or repost your content.
  • Do not:

　　　- Imply endorsement without written permission
　　　- Use ZypRoller™ logos in usernames or branding
　　　- Make false performance claims

We reserve the right to request removal of content that violates our brand guidelines.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
  • Any legal action or dispute must be resolved exclusively in Hong Kong SAR courts

11. Patents & Design Info

ZypRoller™ is protected by several issued patents and pending applications worldwide. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or adaptation of ZypRoller™’s mechanical/electronic systems is prohibited under international patent laws.

We hold active patents covering key aspects of the ZypRoller™ system, ensuring its uniqueness and innovation remain exclusive to our brand.

12. Legal Disclaimer

Use of ZypRoller™ products is at your own risk. Always consult a certified trainer or medical professional before beginning any new fitness program. Yau Hing (HK) Co Ltd shall not be liable for any injuries, property damage, accidents, or legal claims arising from non-compliance with safety guidelines, improper equipment use, dangerous behaviors, hazardous environments, or prohibited actions. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase; exclusions apply.
