1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

Please retain all original packaging, manuals, and accessories for return processing.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us at support@zyproller.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide:

  - Your order number

Clear photo/video evidence (for defects or damages)
  - Reason for return

 3. Our team will respond with return instructions within 2–3 business days

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 20 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to error or product defect

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective items or incorrect shipments.
Please contact us within 14 days to arrange your exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Glow Edition units showing signs of liquid damage or battery tampering
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment
